In case anyone elese has this problem: We solved this via email support by having the OP clear his cookies - How can I delete my cookies for HM Cloud? (http://www.proprofs.com/knowledgebase/v/1234/how-can-i-delete-all-my-cookies-for-hm-cloud)

i use explorer 11 and not cherom .
the delete cookies is simply different

There are still some known issues with the analysis graphs on internet explorer so we suggest you use Chrome whenever you use the HM Cloud site.
