Can hands be imported from games you are not playing in?

I have searched the forum for an answer to this obv question. Found nothing.

Can You? If so, how?

HoldemManager can't datamine: so it can't extract handhistories from tables you observe.

But if you use a program that can... or you buy handhistories... or download handhistories online, etc. HoldemManager is able to import ALL hands, even if there is NO HERO.... or the HERO is not you.
