HM1 install stops, problem at postgres

hello!

so im trying to install HM1 latest version with the first time installer file, because i had to reinstall my OS which is now Win7 PRO 32 bit

installing goes fine, but at the end when postgres install should be finalized there is a test of the DB connection, and there i get a cannot connect message:

the detailed option checked at the installer says Connection is refused

Turn on the secondary Logon. The secondary logon service is a standard windows service which is available on every windows computer. In the latest versions it is not started automatically. You need to start it via control panel > administrative tools > services. Starting it once should insure it works in the future also.

Then try reinstalling PostgreSQL. Install it with the 8.4.x installer from PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database (http://www.postgresql.org)
If the server still won't run (or the installation can't finish) install 8.2: http://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/binary/v8.2.22/win32/postgresql-8.2.22-1.zip
