Pokerstars Zoom - "waiting for hands"

Hello,

I just downloaded HEM Cloud and wanted to play some Zoom CG but HUD doesn´t show and it says "waiting for hands". HEM Cloud detects new open table but it can´t display the HUD.
Interesting is that I had the same problem with HEM2. For several days everything worked normally but few days ago I wanted to play Zoom and it also didn´t display the HUD and only showed "waiting for hands".
Could you please help me? Thank you.

EDIT: My HEM2 licence expired two days ago if that has some influence ....
