Best Rush poker set up?

Hello,
can someone suggest an ideal set up for fulltilt rush poker and table ninja. I'm a table ninja newb and would like some ideas on how best to utilize it while playing rush poker. What is the most efficient set up that will allow me to quick fold hands using hotkeys? I'd rather not stack my tables if that's possible.

The "Left Button" hotkey in TableNinjaFT>Action hotkeys will trigger the quick fold button for you. You can also find a variety of other hotkeys on the same tab that will allow you to automate other aspects of the game. Let me know if you have any other questions.
