I'm having some issues trying to fix the problems with HM2 and PokerStars.

1. Almost every table there is not enough stats for the players. (example 8 players and 4 players have stats)
2. Player stats are always shifted incorrectly. (Even after setting up preferred seats, which doesn't seem to have worked)
3. Player stats are incorrectly ordered (if my preferred seat was working they would still be out of order)
4. If a player leaves the table their stats keep showing
5. If a new player joins the table they will not have any stats show no matter how many hands they play.

I have a question about the actual program. It auto selected a random player to be the Hero. Should it be another player or do I set up an alias for myself to be the hero.

Thanks!

EDIT: Right now I have hide hero stats, I'm sitting in a 9 person table and there are 10 peoples' stats on the screen. They have switched positions randomly twice now while I've been at the table.

EDIT: Yes, every single table everything is wrong, the stats are almost unreadable (names will be purple and the background is red). Always has a 10th player in 9 seat tables from a random person. I don't understand why my client is so bugged. I've googled everything that is wrong and followed the FAQ guides and nothing has fixed the issues. I've never seen any videos with HM2 player stats randomly swapping positions, coming up with incorrect names and in incorrect orders. There has to be something seriously wrong.

EDIT: I finally got into a table that has the correct amount of stats but as you can see, still out of order and with people that aren't even in my table http://i.imgur.com/F13ugHd.jpg

This might be caused by the Overhang setting. Go to HUD Settings - General Settings - Common Settings - Overhang and set that to 0.

If it selected an opponent in the Hero menu you should pick your own hero screen name for the Reports. An alias is only needed if you want to join multiple screen names or if you are posting screen shots of your reports and want to hide your site name - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/7/Current+Player+%7B47%7D+Aliases+%5BHero%5D

The names change colors based on stack size depending on color ranges assigned for your HUD in the HUD Settings > Stat Appearance menu.

If the panels are red then you either double left (or right) clicked that players HUD to set it to session stats or reset it - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2601/Mouse+Shortcuts#lifetimesession

Or you have the HUD Settings > General Settings > Common Settings > [x] 'Use session stats' option enabled so that the red color assigned in the HUD Settings > General Settings > HUD Font > 'Alt background' menu is showing.

If you continue to have problems with your HUD jumping around or not aligning properly:

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] All Configs > OK
3) Manually reset your Site Setup > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats and any other HUD Settings you had personalized.

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again. If the problem returns after importing the custom HUD then you know that config is corrupted and you will need to delete it and rebuild it from scratch.

If none of that helps:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2581/Feature+Logging#startmenu

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2821/HUD+Reporting+Tool
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and zip/attach your \HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1921/How+Do+I+Send+a+Log+File+to+Holdem+Manager+Support %3F

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.
