Many russians users have same problem today morning

Your old reccomendations dont work
1) Open control panel
2) Go to network and Internet - internet options
3) Click connections
4) Click LAN Settings
5) Uncheck "Use a proxy server for your LAN"
6) click ok

Because my internet settings = Uncheck "Use a proxy server for your LAN"

Yesterday everything worked

Same Problem here. Box "Use a proxy server for your LAN" is not checked (and wasn't before). Yes, same issue here, and LAN Proxy is unchecked. i've tried to uninstall and reinstall the software and checking the firewall's rules, but i can't fix this problem.
