HEM2 doesn't recognize new players/tables.

Hi there. Just installed HEM2 and everything seems to be working fine when joining the table at first. But when a player leaves and a new one enters the new player will still have the old players data. When moving to a new table, the old data/names will still be there as well.
What to do? This is btw on Pokerstars and I am running om Windows 8.

Edit: it seems that HEM2 keep on tracking when a new player arrives. Lets say player 1 gets to play 25 hands at my table before leaving, and then afterwards player 2 shows up and play 25 hands, the stats will be 50 hands totally (25 from player 1 and 25 from player 2) displayed under player 2 as "player 1" all mixed together I guess.

Which games? Cash, tourney, zoom?

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/101/Options+%7B47%7D+Hand+Importing+%7B47%7D+Site+Time +Adjustment

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you stars PokerStars again.
