View Full Version : HUD not working with Full Tilt

Hello,

I can't get the HUD to work with Full Tilt Poker.

- It's working fine when I play on PokerStars with the same settings applied etc.
- I've tried reinstalling both HM1 as well as PostgreSQL with no luck.
- I'm using the latest version of HM1 (1.14.02).
- I've tried changing table layouts on FTP.
- In the table finder the tables aren't listed but they are recognized if I click Table > Table Finder.
- All other features with HM1 and FTP are working fine, such as the Active Player window and reports.

Any ideas on what might cause this issue? :)

What type of games are you playing? Is this tourney or cash? Is it zoom?

Are hands importing? What FTP skin is this?

I have the same issue ATM with HM1. Just the same story as bonkura tells. I'm playing cash games and hands are importing fine. HUD just doesn't show up. Used table finder and changed table layout but that doesn't work either. Any ideas on this ? THX

We stopped selling HM1 licenses when HM2 was released in November of 2011. We stopped updating for critical bugs and providing support for HM1 at the end of April 2014 - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/661/HM1+End+of+Life+(EOL)+Common+Questions

Please update to the latest/final version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.14.02.exe

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Try using the table finder

If you continue to have problems there is nothing else we can do since we no longer support this software so you should consider trying HM2. If you have not tried it recently you should be able to install the latest update and activate a new 30 day trial. If you have any problems with the trial let us know and we can extend the trial for you manually.

Thx for your help, but nothing works. I do want HM2 , but problem is i don't have a credit card and can only use IDeal. Is there a way to buy HM2 with it ?

As of April 30th, 2014, our discount upgrade offer, which has been available since January of 2012, expired. The April 30th expiration of the discount also marked the end of the Hold'Em Manager 1 (HM1) support life cycle. While there will be no updates or technical support for HM1 after April 30th, HM1 users will be able to log-in and use the software. However, functionality such as the HUD and hand importing will be significantly impacted when poker sites release updates and/or add new game types.

For the month of May 2014 only we offered a one-time $25 credit to users on a case-by-case basis to help with the upgrade expense. This offer expired on May 31st and will not be extended. Please accept my apology for any inconvenience this may cause.
