Basic newbie question about hud stats

For a perconfigured popup (say "Default_Flop"), the note caddy notes in the popup are correctly colour coded green/red with the appropriate deviation from the mean that this player performs the action.

However, when adding note caddy notes to my own popups, it does not have this behaviour (all notes are grey). How do I emulate this first behaviour? Thanks.

It happens automatically when the right sample size is hit. Maybe yours don't happen as often?
file->settings->HUD->minimum amount of note sample before the deviation is calculated

Is there a way to see only notes that have the correct sample size *and* deviate from normal behaviour?

how do i get this on permanently, it seems that I have to set this each table...?

It used to be permanent but then people would say "OMG IT'S BUG" now it has to be set each time. Sorry for the inconvenience.
