Hi,

I've been trying to import a HH file from NetBet. I've had so much problem with them :(.

I already have imported hand in the past and just figure out what's wrong with this file. Everything seems normal but HM2 doesn't recognized it.

What network is netbet on? www.pokerscout shows 3-4 different ones.

What is it being converted to? What do you use to convert it? I've never seen a format like this.

It's on the iPoker network. It was previously known as the "Poker 770" skin.

To be honest it's a total mess. There is so many issue since they migrated :(.

It's only a .txt format that I'm trying to import. It was sent to me via their support.

The file their support emailed you, contains handhistories in a formatting HoldemManager doesn't support.
It doesn't look anything like the original ipoker handhistory formatting

Having said that,... the formatting support emailed you does contain a handnumber, date, etc.
With a script (you can maybe find on 2+2) the formatting might be able to be converted to a formatting HoldemManager or PokerTracker can import.

We have a feature request ticket for HoldemManager to also request this 'ipoker mailed hands' formatting, HM-6883. I've added your email address to the ticket, so you'll be automatically notified when it is ever implemented.

By the way, with the auto import like 25% of the result of my Hyper HUSNG aren,t recorded. The position is left to "0". I'm pretty sure it has to do with netbet and not Holdem Manager but I tought I'd let you know. FML for depositing money there :(

Email us an example of a regular handhistory file--> that when imported--> doesn't show up in HoldemManager, or when the game is wrongly detected. (for example the speed, gametype or buyin are wrongly detected) to support@holdemmanager.com
