I have had this issue for quite a while and I don' think I have ever had a correct record of tourney and MTT results.
This has been a problem on every site I run HM2 on and there are quite a few.

I recently moved to NJ and am preparing to play on some of the regulated sites.
I have run about 9 total MTT and Sngo so far and not once ws the correct outcome recorded. I need to get this problem fixed so I can keep better record and use HM2 for all of its function. I care much less about some of my old databases but really want to resolve this for future results. I am aware that I can manually edit the results in Reports but this is not a solution as I plan on playing a lot of games an it just takes to much effort to load games play them and correctly record the results for all.

I would really like a mod to help me find a fix for this problem and maybe walk me through the steps needed.
Thank you.

Not enough information!
Name the sites where you played "about 9 total..." while in NJ
What specific games at what specific sites are you having the problem?

Honestly I don"t think its the site that is causing the problem. Every single site I ave ever used my HM2 for has had the same problem. So Carbon,BCP,ACR,Cake,Intertops,Juicy,Betcoin. The only game I have seen record correctly is some variations of DON sitngo. There a possibly a couple other sites I have had this issue with. I recently started playing on 888 just to tryout the software some. I have played about 9 games on there so far. Including 2 4max sitngo and a few other MTT. I notice right away the same issue that the reports are just graded as a loss. I was hoping to fix this issue before I start playing some actual volume.

...Every single site I ave ever used my HM2 for has had the same problem. [...] recently started playing on 888 [...] played about 9 games on there so far [...] 4max sitngo and a few other MTT... reports are just graded as a loss This is what I wanted to know. Each poker site is very different. Some do not offer tournament summaries for MTTs so there's no way for HM2 to record money prizes. It is my understanding that Pacific [888] does supply the summaries. I don't know if there's any 888 bugs, but support will be along shortly to help you fix this.

Try updating to latest HM2 from here:- http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/523212-2-0-0-8227-official-release-feedback-thread-pokerstars-zoom-update.html

And work through this - see if any of it helps:- http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/711/Pacific+(888)+Poker

This is not a version issue. This has been a problem for almost 2 years now.

Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results. The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2082/Reports+%7B47%7D+Tournaments%7B47%7D+Tournament%7B 47%7D+Tournament+Editor

If you continue to have problems even after importing the summary files, please zip and email the problem hand histories and tournament summaries. All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have changed the default. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\DD\MM.

So is it needed to to manually import the summary files?
I am referencing a MTT from Pacific (888)
Recently played, placed in money at 6th spot, and graded as a loss. here are a few screen shots.

If the client writes the results to a file they will be auto imported. We need you to email us the hand history and tournament summary text files if the results are incorrect. We can't do anything to possibly fix this based on looking at screen shots.

If you continue to have problems please zip up and email the problem hand histories with details of the issue you are experiencing or a link to the relevant thread and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.
