Hi

A fellow of pokerstrategy.fr can't get the live tracking. He has followed These info:

1) In HM2 HUD options - Site options Live tracking for this site should be enabled
2) In room: Dealer chat should be set to "Show everything" - and this should be done before you play (at least on first table opened).
3) This chat should be visible on table. Not "stats", or "info" or any other - exactly chat. If HM can't read it - the feature dont works.

What could he else do to get the pot Odds?

Table size is the other important factor (if it's too small/big it will cause problems) as explained on the street by street HUD setup FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2171/How+Do+I+get+Street-by-Street+HUD+to+work%3F

All of the steps except step 5 need to be followed.

Is this on speed or regular tables? Regardless we will need to see some logs and screen shots to help further:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'fastpoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2581/Feature+Logging#startmenu


Please reproduce the problem and:
- Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2821/HUD+Reporting+Tool
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.


Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

I just stumbled across something that could be a related solution from an old bug ticket that we need to update/create a FAQ for possibly:

disable all Chat-Options in Settings
restart Poker client
enable all Chat Options >>>> Live Tracking works
disable one option after another and now Live Tracking works with
> Show Dealer Chat
> Show Player Action

Please let me know if this helps and if it does I will create a new FAQ for this in the future.
