My HM key registers as PLO key

Hi. I have bot licences of HM2 and OM2 but when I put my HM2 licence key in a new installed software in a completely new computer it makes it PLO manager authomatically and I can't see my HM hand history and stuff.

How can I solve this issue?

I only see a OM2PRO- product code under this email address. Did you buy the other product under a different email address? Please email your account details for both email address to sales@holdemmanager.com and they will help you to move the product code from one email/account to the other so both will work under one license. We won't be able to help you any further with this issue on the forums as it requires asking personal questions so I am locking this thread.
