HM2 Crashing

When I run NoteCaddy and go to Player Notes, I type the name of the player, click the name and then HM2 crashes. Why is this and how can I fix it?

Is there a crash log generated? Normally when HM2 crashes there is a screen that appears asking if you want to submit a report etc. I suspect this is a problem with your database as there is comprehensive error handling in the player notes screen and this has not been reported before

There is a screen asking me to submit a report and I did, but I haven't received any emails yet.

For now I would try to make a new database and import a few hands and see if this still happens. I am confident it will not. Having sent the crash log to HEM, they will have a look and advise you as soon as possible.
