I cannot download and install realese. My HM2 is stopped at 2.0.0.7995 realese. The download of the realese starts but at the end the system produces this message " HM2 installation not found. You will be redirected to HM website please run full installer where you can download this". And then I have downloaded realese also by your website with the same results and it appeared the same message. Can you help me? please.

This usually means some files were blocked from installation by your antivirus or you may have used the _update file during the initial installation instead of the full _setup file.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/851/Run+.exe+Files+As+Administrator+%28Windows+Vista%7 B47%7D7+%26+8%29

Please reinstall the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Setup.exe

If you continue to have problems:

Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.

Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:

1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
2) Reboot your computer
3) Create a backup of your settings by following this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/931/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+your+settings+ONLY4) Uninstall HM2 and then Reinstall HM2 from this file http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Setup.exe
5) After downloading, right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator to complete the reinstall.
6) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1011/Software+Security+Problems+%28Firewall%29#MSES

7) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows (http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/)
