Party poker hand histories

I have recievied some hand histories through email from party poker. But i cant seem to get Holdem Manager to import the files. I haved tried changing the file to a txt format in notepad, but doesnt work neither. Any sugestion to how i get them imported.

We do not support these hands. We can only support hands in the original format and file type as the hands that get written by the poker client when playing. Party chooses to send the emailed hands in a different format for some reason and we can not support this format.

**Note on Party Poker Emailed Hands from Party support** -- emailed hands from Party Poker support export without spaces in the player names and remove the rest of the name in the original seating, but display the whole name in the action. Thus HM2 is unable to import them properly. You will need to manually edit the player names in order for them to import properly.

I can not as I am not a programmer. This is something you will need to figure out on your own by comparing the emailed hands to hands in your archive folder that were written by the client when playing.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.
