I am sorry for the delay in reply.

How much free space do you have on your system/C drive and how big is the database according to the HM2 > Database > Database Info menu? You generally need more than twice as much free space as your database is big according to that menu.

Please see this FAQ to clear up some more free space - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2891/I%27m+Running+Out+of+Disk+Space

If you continue to have problems you can try moving the windows temp directories that we use for these database procedures to another drive that has more free space - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/general-support/523922-backup-database-not-working.html

You could also try moving the entire database folder and parent folder but if you are moving them off of a SSD to a HDD it would result in reduced database performance - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1172/Move+Database+to+Another+Hard+Drive+or+Partition

If you continue to have problems and have well more than twice the free space of your database size available:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'DBControlPanel' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.

You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2581/Feature+Logging#startmenu

Please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1921/How+Do+I+Send+a+Log+File+to+Holdem+Manager+Support %3F

Please zip and email the requested file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name.
