I recently upgraded to the full version from small stakes, I tried playing a higher stakes table and it won't import hands or even display a HUD. The import screen says "Auto Importing..." then freezes. When I close HEM, the importer exe file is still running (and using a lot of resources.) I have tried everything, I uninstalled and re-installed. I created a new DB, etc. Any suggestions?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Which SQL version are you using?

When you start HoldemManager, it now displayed HoldemManager Professional?
(you successfully added your new serial?)

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

I updated to the new version
I'm using SQL 9.0.3
yes, it says Professional
----
I'm using Vista, McAfee AV and Firewall and All exe files have complete access
they're all set to Run as Admin too

After re-installing, no hands are even importing now. I opened a new database and tried that as well.

Vista is Updated to Service Pack 2?
pg_ctl.exe and postgres.exe and PORT: 5432 (or 5433) are added to the Windows Firewall exceptions?
