hi,
sorry for the wrong thread but i don't find it

I just did the update windows 8.1
When I run hm1 I have this message:

in order to use hm1 an administrator must grant permission to run the software at least once.
To grant permissions to the app, select the authorize button and ask an administrator to enter their login info.

so i autorize and after i have this message:

A valid license could not be obtained for hm. Please contact hm for assistance.

What should I do

thx

Please follow section 1 instructions on the following faq for the \rvg software folder files - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/641/How+to+setup+Holdem+Manager+to+run+with+Pokerstars +Zoom+tables

1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager and update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.14.02.exe
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug (attached to this post for your convenience)
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

*Edit to add: The file upload/attach process failed so here is a link to the file. right-click it and save link as... - https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/11623474/LicDebug.txt

You should hopefully be able to enter your code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete the LicDebug file and restart Hold'em Manager.

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your new Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

Thank you. If we haven't yet someone will reply to your email soon. Things are a bit more behind than normal today due to some internal testing projects that took priority over email/forum support but we should have things caught again in the next 6 - 12 hours hopefully.
