When I open HM it displays scrambled; radio buttons are over text and not filled in. Any Ideas??

Windows--> control panel--> display settings--> set your DPI settings to 96% (or to 100%).

HoldemManager can't rescale properly if DPI is set to 125%.

This is frustrating. Tried the changes not working.
Any other ideas out there? Program is unusable.

Were you settings set to 125%??

Can you set them to 100% and reboot your computer.
(or are you using a special uncommon screen resolution??)

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Are you using a special uncommon screen resolution?? (for example because you're using a laptop?)

Changed DPI to 100; is this the only way it will work?
All short cuts on desktop are the size of ants and text is nearly unreadable.
How can I get my money refunded; I cannot run my computer at this res.

HM only runs properly at 100% text size.

For a refund please contact sales@holdemmanager.com

You can increase the size of all your desktop icons by rightclicking on your desktop and choosing: view--> medium icons (or even large icons)
