Auto Rate not working

I activeded auto rate, but it shows only the card symbol.
Can anybody please help me.

Card symbol (spade) in not from autorate - it is from Tourney filters
Can you provide screenshot of Autotate window?

1) Again: this spade is from Tourney filters
2) To see Autorate - simply go to Player prefs - Appearence and set flag "Show note icon" to ON

new problem, it shows the * but not my icons.

here you can see the hud with VPIP, PFR, AGGF, 3-Bet in the first line and my rules.

Do you have 30+ hands on all the players... and their stats actually match some of the auto-rate rules:
PFR > 20% with a >3 AGG etc.?

Hi I updated and made some screenshots.
It is not working very well.

You created your own rules/icons?
(black & white icons)

And edited the rules?

Most likely something is wrong with the custom rule settings.
Notice three icons are shown: the red dice, and two custom icons.
Or the icons that don't show up do have overlapping settings.
