HUD not working at all - Help

when I open holdem manager the hud stats does not show up in the pokerstars tables that i join, though the hud remains open, but sees players as 0/6)
The auto import does not seem to respond either, but I have to pick a folder then press Ok for it to start importing.
I am running on vista 64 bit, does this have anything to do with it?

I don't understand how you can pick a folder to run the auto-import...

thank you it works now. yes i was wrong, i did not have auto import from folder set at all.
