View Full Version : Can not obtain valid license. Expired trial

I was trying the 15 trial with a serial n gaved me from the sales team.

Before few days I purchase a key for the full version, I uploaded it in my account. It says there that it's active. I tried to register it in the HEM by clicking "register online now" and everything seemed like it's OK but now the 15 trial expired and when I hit the "register online now" button it's not asking me to enter a valid key and at the end it tell's me that can not obtain valid license key.

I wanted to uninstall it but I can't enter the HEM to maka a back up of my database and settings etc. so I don't know what to do to get it registered... Can you help me, please.

p.s. Maybe TeamViewer session will be necessery :confused:

Please email to support@holdemmanager.com the reg.log file
from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/log folder
to see what the issue is

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just a regular hidden files)


Also please try this:

1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file


That should enable you to enter your serial.

thank you for helping me! It appears the trial code was stucked in my registration as the support team told me, but they fixed it and now I was able to enter the code I purchased and it's registered yet.
