Is there an Owners Manual - not faq threads but a real, written manual ?!?

I want to sit down and just read through an instruction book on this program. Is that possible? The FAQ forum threads are driving me nuts. There has to be some sort of organized presentation, from back to front, about how to use this software, right? Help.

There's an old manual... but it hasn't been updated in months, (there are no plans to update it since the program changes too much every week)
