massive import errors

Hi,
if im importing my datamining hands i get a massive import error amount....i have tested it with 1 file. result was 1 file imported, hands imported 0, duplicated hands 0, import errors 2257 (i guess every hand had an error).

I have reinstalled postgresql 8.4.3 and created a new db....but the error amount is still there. older hands (a few months old) of my backupfolder are imported correctly (the new and old HH files look similar)
