So I've been using HEM for 2 months now on my new computer, using the
same serial I was sent the 14th of August, and NOW all of a sudden
I'm asked to register again. I try the serial number I received in August but it says it could not register the serial number online. I have already paid for HEM. What is going on?

same

Edit: I have Vista 64 and it was an automatic update today so i hade to restart my computer and after that i tried to launch HM. But I don't think thats the problem because it was an update for Internet Explorer 7. http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=137335

Can you try downloading it again, it definetely isnt corrupt but sometimes if the download link breaks before its finished youll get that message, watch and see if it gets to 100% and also make sure you extract it

I have downloaded and updated the new version of HEM. Now, when I attempt to start HEM I receive the error ''Hold'em Manager has stopped working''. I'm using Vista, and I'm running it as administrator.

..?

Sorry, fixed now. We are still working on a longer term solution to stop this from happening in the future.

Morny,

I re-installed HEM and it works fine now. I'm still uncertain on why it stopped working after I installed the update, though.
