Ive had a teamviewer session twice today and things are still not working correctly. First, I was unable to bypass the reg. code and that was finally fixed. When it was fixed, I was unable to import hands and had no HUD.

Finally that problem was fixed and a new database was created because the old one was corrupted. The import was only done directly from files on the desktop and worked, but once I started playing, the auto import would not work.

Also when I click on manage database, HM shuts down on me immediately. Please help. I have all the latest versions of everything as well. Thank you for your time.

Is UAC disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73

If that isnt the problem can you answer the following questions to help resolve the issue:

I have XP... does the UAC still apply? If so, I cant find that option under user accts.

1) 1.07.01

2)pokerstars

3)The hands are showing up in the Pokerstars/handhistory file

4)Hands are NOT importing

5)No table manager even pops up when I click auto import

6)everything is set up according to the FAQs

Lastly... anytime I click on database management, HM crashes and closes

Please help.

Please create a new database and tell me if the hands import into that http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146

If they still dont import email me some of the HH to morny@holdemmanager.net and a link to this thread

If the table manager isnt showing then check the taskbar near the system clock and you should see the HM icon (Black Spade on a playing card) click on that and it should show the table manager and if not then go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager and click on the hmhud.exe file to launch it

Ok... right now I cant even open HM. When I start it up is gives me a message "HM has found some poker sites on your computer and added the hand history folders to the auto import list and created a backup folder in C:/HMarchive for imported hands. Please check options- auto import folders to insure that the list is complete."

When I click OK... it just auto shuts down. It does the same everytime I try to open.

When someone was helping me over teamviewer they said that my database had corrupted and they opened a new one... which they were able to import some hands into. But now, I cant even open HM. Please Help.

Edit-- I found that when I download the 1.07 patch, the above stated is what happens. But then when I download the 1.06 version afterward, HM will open, but the reg code doesnt work. Hope that helps a bit.

You should have your registration code in your email, if youve deleted it then contact support@holdemmanager.net.

When you get it download the full version from the website www.holdemmanager.net and then close HM and istall this patch http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.07beta.exe then start HM and enter the code.

Please follow the instructions for uninstalling and reinstalling .net framework here: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=14

If the problem persists uninstall and reinstall PostgreSQL aswell http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=177

Hi Morny. I tried running auto import and then opening the table manager as in the above post and it would show the table I was at but still would not import any hands:(

Im wondering if there is a way that I can completely remove everything from HM and start completely fresh?? I have a feeling that my first database that is was corrupted is somehow messing everything up. I have already requested all my hand histories sent from pokerstars so I wouldnt mind loosing all of those if need be.

Im available for a teamviewer session today if anyone can help me out. Thanks alot. Bye.

Sorry forgot my email morny@holdemmanager.net or you can try creating a new database to start fresh and see if that works http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146
