View Full Version : 1.11.06b Unable to Validate my License

Hey,

I downloaded the HEM update and installed it a few weeks ago. Now my "free trial" is up and when I try to Activate it says success, but that is followed by the message "A valid license could not be obtained for 'Holdem Manager'."

I have already registered and added my serial. I believe I need to reset my license by hitting the "Go There Now" button, however I am not able to do this when I log in.

I click the Upload License link, submit my license and it says "This License Code is already uploaded."

And that's as far as I get...

You license has been killed for some reason, i see your using a PRO license, did you possibly upgrade in the last while and are using the wrong code?

Eitherway please contact sales@holdemmanager.com with that issue and they should be able to help
