I have googled some charts but not so sure about the structure for micro and low stakes, do we have a formal one?

HoldemManager -for PokerStars- doesn't know what your PokerStars VIP status is.

So you'll have to
manually add the bonuses you unlock: settings--> rakeback and bonuses
and/or use a rakeback percentage


For the formula: HM2 knows the rake percentage of the various types of games. (also on for example PokerStars.FR the rake may be different than PokerStars.EU)

For microstakes cashgames on PokerStars.EU it's: 3.30% (and 3.50% in EURO games)
