HUD is bugging from time to time

I have a couple of random HUD bugs that keep occuring

Tablestarter:

So it sas SWACK FR as HUD but thats the hud i use for FR not for 6max, now thats not the only problems, it completely messes up the positions, and it does not update! at tablestarters if i leave the table and rejoin the problem is solved but obviously there are alot of tables i dont want to leave and rejoin also for not losing table starting permissions

It just doesnt go with the table anymore, it doesnt update, if a new player joins a old players stats will keep showing.. or it just complelety messes up table positions again

These problems occur to me every session, but there is no clear reason why, it just sometimes happens... for example at 50% of my table starters i have this problem. Same for the normal tables, 25% of the time the HUD just gets everything wrong, but it doenst matter wich HUD! i get the same problem

Do you have the same issue using a one-panel HUD Configuration (instead of your multi-panel HUD)?

Are the positions correct again, after one new hand played has been imported?

Which PokerStars clients do you have installed?
Are there still leftover files from a .COM, .EU, .TEST client?

It's possible HoldemManager is reading the wrong .ini file for the PokerStars seating preferences.
Go to: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\ to see how many PokerStars folders you have.

Delete the folders that aren't being used.
(be careful some of them may contain old notes files you'll like to backup first)

I have a /Local/PokerStars.EU folder.

The Local/PokerStars folder is an old PokerStars.com folder.

You don't have a /PokerStars.EU folder?

If yes: delete the /PokerStars folder (backup your notes file first)
If no:

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.**

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.**

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Hello Im having the same problem as in this post, is there any solution, when ever i get to a tablestarter in pokerstars, the HUD displaying in hero's position is the stats for the session, and then there are not any updates on the other players HUD's, for instance if a player leaves his hud remains there and doesnt refresh for the new player even after a couple hands have passed.
This just happens in the table starters if I sit in a table this issue doesnt happend, i hope i made myself clear.

Set the lobby language of the pokerclient in English.


The hero stats will always start at zero and reset to 0... they'll also reset if you're moved to a new table.
This is done by design so you can track your image at each table.
If you want to see your overall stats, go to the reports tab, or replay a hand in the replayer.

Are you playing shorthanded at these TableStarters?
The opponent stats may not update if a filter is active.
HUD Settings--> HUD Filters, check if you are using a #numbers of player filter.
