Betsson (microgaming) hands not saving

There is no way to retrieve them other than through the client. When you go through the client to get them, they do not import into hold 'em manager. Here is an example hand history. I have the settings ticked to save my hand histories locally.

Make sure the client is set to 'run as administrator' - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/851/Run+.exe+Files+As+Administrator+%28Windows+Vista%7 B47%7D7+%26+8%29

If that doesn't help you will need to contact their support for help to find out why their client is not writing the file. We do not support their requested hands as they are not in the same format as the hands that get wrote to the .dat file.
