Hud problem,2 sites

I test on 888 and pokerstars,and have the same problems,

he find me auto the folders, - here are ok

but on the tables,he find the name of the table,but don't show any hud. Jusy saying "waiting for hands"....

what can i do ?

i reinstall,reset pc and try again,same problem,

I see we sent you a reply via email a couple days ago. Did that solve your problems? Was it related to your AV blocking the zoom files during update/install? If yes, which AV are you using?

yeah i use it,i install it,but give me that error and i can't open the program.....

waitting for help :)


i use nod32 via win 8.1
