When i try to open my HUD setting i get this:

If i try open replayer i get same crash again.
What can i do no? reinstall hem2 and wait another 2 days to process the hands??

Thank you for your purchase. NoteCaddy is already installed with HM2. It is most likely that this problem occurring now is a coincidence. If you submitted the error to HEM then surely they will get back to you with advice on what to do.

Reinstalling HEM2 fixed the problem. But i am unsatisfied about the program. I tryed to make custom notes for preflop raise and all i get is " - " on hud. I cant find any good guides from abc to advanced. I cant find any examples how to make custom notes.

bottom line is my creaded note that never shows up no matter how hard i try to create it.

I have been trying to make a note for over 7hours and the program seems to work only if i add already created one. Playing hyperturbos it makes no sense why i need to use default definitions :(

If i opened created note and go in it i find Previous actions, Actions.
I never get those tabs when making my own notes.

its here in red color.
Why isnt it mentioned about it how to add those tabs?

At the top of that tab it says don't use it. It's the bold red text. Here is a full guide for how to make definitions Best practices for creating NoteCaddy definitions - Assaultware Wiki (http://wiki.assaultware.com/Best-practices-for-creating-NoteCaddy-definition.ashx)

The manual has quite a few examples such as the ones listed here http://wiki.assaultware.com/Filtering-player-actions.ashx

That link has a video. The video even has music

Video and tutorials are really helpful. If i make like in this example with preflop raise, when testing all works super good.
But when i add that stat to my HUD, its just " - " for every player. There are no numbers:/ It's a stat on bottom line:

Here it is what i did, seems to be exact as in tutorial:

There are a number of steps. It working in the test environment is not everything. Did you run the pending task? Did it show notes being created? Did you run analyze after the task? If you see items in analyze then it should definitely appear on your HUD. If not, you should try resetting your notes How to reset NoteCaddy notes - Assaultware Wiki (http://wiki.assaultware.com/How-to-reset-NoteCaddy-notes.ashx)
