HUD Problems on Pokerstars and 888

Hi,

Loving the software just trying to learning a bit everyday. A couple of things someone could help me with which should be pretty easy to sort out for those in the know are:

1. On pokerstars and 888 I am pretty sure I have set up seating positions, but if I multi table then the HUD stats for each player don't display in the correct place, If i try to move them around it moves the other tables stats around and ends up with me spending half my time moving stats around and not concentrating on the job in hand, that is trying to rinse the little fishes of their pocket money.

Has anyone any advice as to how I can fix this please?

2. This is probably going to sound stupid but the HUD doesn't seem to show me my stats? I have it set to default 2.o HUD and only show VPIP, PFR and 3 bet at the moment as I'm still learning how to use it, but the only stats I see for myself are in the box that has the settings to change the HUD type, and this only shows me VP stat and PF. Is there anyway I can get a hud to show my own stats as well as the other players?

The box you've described that enables you to change HUDs is called the Table HUD
The stats it displays are the table average stats [not your stats]
You can change the stats it displays as per this FAQ

[2b] "HERO" STATS
HM2 is designed to show ONLY your session stats in your own HUD & total lifetime stats for the other players in their HUDs. If you play say 50 hands at a table is your HUD displaying 50 hands played & not the many you've played in total? If so that's correct behaviour

Thanks for the reply. I have a feeling I have pretty much done the tutorials you have linked but Ill take another look.

I have no session stats for my player visible on the table as part of the HUD.

Only stats I see are other peoples and I have nothing showing that will tell me information about myself in the HUD.

I really could do with being able to see stats for my session

Upload a pic to this thread of a WHOLE table with HUDs after a few hands. I want to check some things
I am having a problem understanding so a picture is best

For example...
I want to see if YOUR own UD is showing at least the number of hands you have played that session at that table or
Your HUD is showing no hands played at all OR
You are not getting a HUD, but everyone else is

A picture is easiest

Make sure "Hide Hero HUD" is unchecked as per this FAQ

Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK


1) Open one Table only and ensure at least 1 hand has imported before moving to step 2.
2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD to the correct position.
3) Now you can open more tables and it should be automatically configured. Let at least 1 hand import before changing anything as this is needed to gather the correct positions.

If you are not using a preferred seating option or need to move a stat on one table without it moving on others you have to enable the independent mode from the Table HUD Options (gear icon) menu first - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2831/Table+HUD#preferredseating7

The stats you see in the Table HUD display are table averages for everyone at the table and not just yours.

Make sure the HUD Settings > General Settings > Common Settings > [ ] 'Hide Hero HUD' option is disabled.

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] All Configs > OK
3) Manually reset your Site Setup > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats and any other HUD Settings you had personalized.


Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing any customized HUD again. If the problem returns after importing the custom HUD then you know that config is corrupted and you will need to delete it and rebuild it from scratch.
