CO fold to 3 bet from BTN

I am looking for how often the CO folds to a 3 bet from the BTN stat.

I am confused as to whether it is "CO fold to 3Bet IP" or "CO fold to 3Bet OOP". It is not clear who is IP/OOP the 3 bettor or the CO.

If you could clarify i would be grateful.

I've been told before that the Wiki for HM2 HUD stat descriptions is not yet viewable [unfinished]
So I've had to base my answer on this one for the HMCloud HUD stat descriptions:-

If you scroll down to the "vs 4Bet" section you'll see that "IP" & "OOP" at the end of a stat description always refers to the first party mentioned in the description.

... Thus it is the CO who is IP or OOP in the case you mention.
