overhang not works at big tables

Hi,

for some reason I am unable to make overhang area work when the table is big. I mean when I resize the table and make it smaller the overhang area appears and becomes bigger. It completely disappears at the size of window of approximately 1200x800.

Could you please explain how to fix this?

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.
