View Full Version : Zoom hud not working,normal is working

Running latest version of hm2.The normal hud is working but not in zoom.I saw another thread that said it could be removing 2 dll files,but i can see blitz.dll and starscommunicator in the folder.I disabled my anti virus and firewall and it still isnt working.I am using the ps7 beta client if that has any known problems?

Hi!

Have the same Problem, in plo and holdem, sometimes the zoom hud works timedelayed, somtimes it doesnt work, but it never works realtime...

"latest version" is .8175. Is that what you have?
PS7 beta not yet officially supported by HM2 because it's not efficient to track the tweaking PS are making to the s/ware
Try reverting to PS6 ~ it's very easy to switch back and forth between the two & no PS settings are lost as far as I can tell

If that doesn't work...
reinstall the .8175 update as follows:-

Close all unnecessary programs inc HM2 & PS obv
Right-click the file you downloaded & choose "Run as administrator"
Go through the install process
Reboot PC AGAIN
Launch HM2 first
Launch PS6 Beta second
Test

Start your own thread. Your problem isn't from the same cause unless you're running PS7 Beta [you don't say in your post]
Try what I've suggested above for dsm12475, but make sure to disable your Antivirus
Report your results back in a NEW THREAD with more information - what Windows? Version of HM2 is 8175? Using Windows firewall or 3rd party? What antivirus are you running? Does your HUD work on normal non-Zoom cash tables at PokerStars?

Mine is working now,i reinstalled the update,although i thought i was on latest anyway.I had forgotten to make stars.exe as admin tho,so most likely was that.

Please update to this one:

- Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client.
- Please check all of the steps on this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1931/How+to+setup+Holdem+Manager+to+run+with+Poker+Star s+Zoom+Tables

- Check your C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Temp folder for a file named StarsCommunicator.hm2 and if you see it please delete it.

If you continue to have problems, please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2821/HUD+Reporting+Tool

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screen shot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a hud error report.
