Importing Microgaming hands

Ive recently installed HM on a new cpu (running vista). Since then I have been unable to import hands played on Ladbrokes. I an running the exe files as admin, unchecked the import from subfolders, and generally followed everything as I think I should. Any advice is appreciated.
