...unistal the antivirus, turn off the windows firewall. I played without any securit but the HUD still 1 hand behind. I have windows xp, hm1 small stake version 1.14.02 Why are you starting a new thread? It means people will waste time repeating what has already been written before.

[1] INSTALL Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5:-
Check to see if you have .NET 3.5. If you do not then here's the full installer:-
http://download.microsoft.com/download/6/0/f/60fc5854-3cb8-4892-b6db-bd4f42510f28/dotnetfx35.exe
(http://download.microsoft.com/download/6/0/f/60fc5854-3cb8-4892-b6db-bd4f42510f28/dotnetfx35.exe)Install & reboot afterwards

[2] TEST FOR HUD ON POKERSTARS AT NON-ZOOM TABLES:-
Perhaps one or the other of your HM installations has incorrect import folders and it's not a Zoom problem.

Open HM1 & PokerStars & play non-Zoom low stakes cash
Do you get a HUD? If you get a HUD then your import folders are OK in HM1 & PS client

Close PokerStars & close HM1

Open HM2 & PokerStars & play non-Zoom low stakes cash
Do you get a HUD? If you get a HUD then your import folders are OK in HM2 & PS client

[3] MISSING DLL FILES
If you got a HUD in [2] above then it probably is missing dll files OR you put them in the wrong folder in HM1

This is your other recent HM1 thread from WEDNESDAY regarding no HM1 Zoom HUD:-
http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-general/512482-problem-zoom-hm1.html
And this is what Patrick suggested you do:-
Copy
C:/Progam Files(x86)/HoldemManager2/blitz.dll and
starscommunicator.hm2

Paste them to
C:/Program Files(x86)/RVG Software/HoldemManager
Reboot your computer.
Start HM2 first.
Then open PokerStars.

Please try what Patrick suggested again & report back here

[4] HM1 SUPPORT
At the above link Fozzy71 posted this:-
If you continue to have problems I would suggest you try HM2 as we no longer update or provide support for HM1 in general. Regards, Fozzy71 Customer Support Hold'em Manager

[5] IS YOUR HM2 WORKING?
This is your recent HM2 thread regarding no HM2 Zoom HUD:-
http://forums.holdemmanager.com/general-support/513172-hm2-zoom-not-hud.html
Fozzy71 has posted twice there YESTERDAY but you have not replied
Does that mean you have got HM2 to work on Zoom?

There is nothing more we can do to help with any HM1 problems you are having if the possible workaround suggestions we posted do not help you. We no longer use/test HM1 internally and any suggestions we give are untested by us or were told to us by other HM1 customers as a possible workaround and we only give the suggestions to try and help those customers that haven't yet upgraded to HM2 for some reason.

We no longer provide technical support for HM1 but will answer simple questions about basic HM1 functionality for sites/games that are known to still function with HM1. If you can't get HM1 working with Zoom you need to work with us to get HM2 to work for you in your other thread or email chain. Did you send the requested HM2 files/logs so we can send you the new internal beta via email?
