View Full Version : new comp win 8.1 .hud not working
Hi im trying to get runnning on 8.1
hud isnt working on full tilt rush. it says "waiting for hands". as soon as i sit out the hud pops up for the last hand. when i resume that hud stays there and doesnt update. seems this has happened to me before and i dont know how i fixed it.
is there a faq or sticky i need to look at?
i have histories being saved and folders configured in hm. im running everything as admin. i have the uac slider turned off but not sure that completely turns off uac.

If you continue to have problems, please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2821/HUD+Reporting+Tool
Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a hud error report.
