PKR Hand Imports Failing

Hi,

my PKR hands stopped auto importing a while ago. I have tried to manually import the hands but the import fails with all hands/files showing as 'error'

Any ideas what is going wrong?

I am sorry to hear you are having problems importing hands, First have you tried to import those hands into a new database? If not please try this and see if you still get import errors

To create a new database go to the database manager via either the database icon in the bottom status bar or via the top ribbon menu under the Home tab. The click the green + icon to create a new database. Then leave the other details the same and choose a name for the new database.

If this problems persists Can you please email the original hands to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and also link to this thread and we'll look into this issue.
