Any way to avoid 3bet opportunity when note recipient stack is smaller than raise size. The player logain520 cannot raise.

However in this hand the player chechi ii dont get a opportuny being his stack (like the previous hand) smaller than the raise size. All this is bit ambiguous. The result is : "raise didn't happen".
