Hi, I have problem with HUD.

During the play (microgaming cash game), HUD suddenly freezes and over one table (sometimes over two, three or all tables) appers full white "block", so I cant see table or press any buttons on it. After cca 20 seconds this white block disappears, tables are visible and I can play.

Itīs really frustrating, because I dont know, when will this happen or what is cause of it, so I only hope, that it will not happen in some huge pot...

If I restart HEM during session, then it will mostly not appear till the end of session, but its really uncomfortable. And sometimes after this white "death" HEM crushes by itself.

So please, give me some advice, thank you!!!

It is not the same problem, do you read my post? I dont see table, its FULL white, I cant move tables, because they are hidden behind this white "wall", which is unpenetrable and it happens during session, not in the start... HEM just freezes and it last cca 20 seconds, until this white wall disappears and I can see tables again, but obviously hand, which was I played on the table, is gone...

And if I dont restart hem, it appears again in cca 5 minutes interval...

I cant move tables, because they are hidden behind this white "wall",

-1 Change your Windows AERO and/or Desktop Composition Settings: How to Turn On and Enable Aero in Windows 7 (Enable Aero Peek) - My Digital Life (http://www.mydigitallife.info/how-to-turn-on-and-enable-aero-in-windows-7-enable-aero-peek/)

"Desktop composition makes Windows Aero graphical effects possible. Desktop composition eliminates graphical "tearing," where moving one window over another program's window results in delayed painting of the window underneath. Since windows are rendered off screen, the video card composes the off-screen images in a tear-free manner."

-2 If that doesn't resolve it read loki's and udbrky's post from the link I posted earlier.
The popups turning white / full table having this white "wall" issue is related.

I will try it, but I think, its different problem - my tables doesnt seem like printscreens in the threads... I dont know, how to say it properly - it is not just "shadow" over tables, its absolutely white, nontransparent, like if I glue piece of white paper on monitor for a while...

Please take and attach a screen shot - How to Take a Screen Shot in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.

Did you update logitech's setpoint?

- Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.

See this screenshot for exporting HUD's:

http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/exporthuds.PNG

- Then delete the prefs file in the config folder in*
8/7/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

Try the default HUD.

Please reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework -
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1881/Holdem+Manager+.NET+Cleanup+Instructions

Afterwards, please make sure that you update windows completely. Keep checking to make sure that there are no more updates, until it shows twice, five minutes apart that there are no more updates available.

- Import your HUD's again.

- Set your seating preferences to match the site's seating preferences.

If there is none:
set it to "none"
Open one table, make sure positions line up.
Click settings on the table HUD on the table, find the HUD name, click Use for all

* You will need to show hidden and system files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:

See this screenshot for location in win 7 for the prefs files:
