Could you please explain what the values mean for PKH.FlopHandValue? The distinct values are -1, 0 , 32, and 69.

I think they are suppose to indicate whether or not the board is paired.

They use the same hand values as player hands values but only deal with the board.

-1 = no flop
0 = nothing (ie no pair)
32 = pair
69 = trips
