View Full Version : help with [HM1] zoom tables

hello, i had reply in a post about same theme, but no appears my reply and my question, then i write a new post.

i now you no give support to HM1, but i´ve seen the answer about this question(change some archives from HM2 to HM1 for HM1 work corrctly in tables zoom.

the other user says the change is good and HM1 work good in zoom now, but i have done the same steps and no work my HM1 in zoon yet.

Can you help me??

For what it's worth I tried copying the file (blitz.dll) and unfortunately my HM1 HUD is not working anymore (it works but names displayed are not the ones at the tables).
HM2 HUD is working perfectly though.

I am moving this thread to the HM1 forums where it belongs.

Close HM1. Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.14.02.exe

Download this file (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/11623474/Holdem%20Manager%202_2.zip) and unzip it then copy the files and paste them into \rvg software\holdem manager

If you continue to have problems there is nothing else we can do since we no longer support this software so you should consider trying HM2. If you have not tried it recently you should be able to install the latest update and activate a new 30 day trial. If you have any problems with the trial let us know and we can extend the trial for you manually.

Download the latest files from the link above and make sure you are also copying over the .hm2 file in addition to the .dll file.

hello , I have the same problem at zoom in hm1. I already download hm2 trial but it has a 30 days deadline to 6/15/2014?
I just download it try to use it but I cant. Could you give me an extension for another 30 days trial?

To extent your HM2 trial, contact sales@holdemmanager.com and ask for a 30 day key.

hello I have HM1 and my zoom,rush,speed,snap work but to late...what I have to do ? I try many combination but not help still I have players stats to late :( I have windows 8.1 and HM1 Please help me

Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?


Add the new blitz.dll and starscommunicator.hm2 to the exceptions list of your antivirus software.

If the instructions in post #3 don't solve your problem there is nothing more we can do as we no longer provide support for HM1 but are still answering HM1 related posts/emails as a courtesy if we can help with simple HM1 problems.
