full tilt hud

Hi

yesterday I moved my roll from pokerstars to full tilt.
I made a new database to "start over" on this new site.
First I played some cashgames, everthing worked just fine.
But when I tried some sit n go's my hud was not appearing.
I tried to update my hem version and when I finished that I tried again,
this time the hud's where visuable but their where no stats in it.

Can someone help me to fix this problem?

we are working on this issue, but there are difficulties: for some people HUD works in SNGs, but not in cash
