The same problem here.

"One hand delay"

Is there any update to hm1? I have hm2 but I prefer to keep playing with hm1 =/

HM1 will not receive updates. We no longer support it.

If it's off by 1 hand:

Please see this FAQ:

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/641/How+to+setup+Holdem+Manager+to+run+with+Pokerstars +Zoom+tables

Your computer clock should match your current timestamp in the hands section in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Options - Settings - Adjust Site Import Times and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

Please take and attach a screen shot - How to Take a Screen Shot in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.

In my hand histories it displays both the eastern and western time, which one should I go off? My pokerstars is set to eastern as is my computer and the times both match. This is what the text look like in the hand history -

PokerStars Zoom Hand #119735199700: Hold'em No Limit ($0.02/$0.05) - 2014/08/06 8:13:52 WET [2014/08/06 3:13:52 ET]

You need to check the time of the hand displayed in HM not in the handhistory file.

Zoom HUD not working (affecting both HM1 and HM2):

So for HM1, you can also try downgrading the PokerStars client.

We're working on a fix for HM2, but this will not be fixed for HM1.

If you're lucky the updated HM2 blitzz.dll will also work for HM1.

I have did this so that both times match and it still does not work.

If I download the hem2 free trial today will that hud work or is that also down?

This is a PokerStars Zoom issue caused by a PokerStars update.

Zoom HUD currently doesn't work for both HM1 and HM2.

See my post on page 1 of this thread for a fix.

Ok now we have another problem. Your instructions to back date pokerstars worked fine, that was until I finished my session, closed pokerstars and now tried to reopen it again (from the directory like you said not the desktop). This time I get a message popping up from pokerstars saying you must update the software or you cannot activate the lobby.

Now what?

We are aware that they are forcing the update now. If you feel you can't play without the HUD then the only thing I can suggest is playing non-Zoom tables until we have a fix for this released for HM2.

We don't give ETA's. Once we have a fix and have tested to make sure it works properly we will release a beta update for this issue. If you have the Settings > General Settings > Miscellaneous > [x] 'Prompt for beta updates' option enabled you will be notified when the next public beta is available and can read the release notes to see if this fix is included.

We are not going to be updating HM1 for this fix. There is a chance the new file for HM2 mentioned above will be able to be manually copied to HM1 and used but that is not something we can condone or promise.

Since we no longer provide tech support or updates for HM1 I am locking this thread. We stopped selling HM1 licenses when HM2 was released in November of 2011. We stopped updating for critical bugs and providing support for HM1 at the end of April 2014 - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/661/HM1+End+of+Life+(EOL)+Common+Questions
