Hello...
I have been using HEM for over a year now.
It was working fine, and then I took a break from playing for about two weeks. Now when I load it, it says: unregistered software, then when I activate it online, it says "unable to connect to remote server."
I've rebooted my computer several times.
I click on the "Go There Now" button after the error message to register, and it won't go there, and when I go to holdemmanager.net/registration through another browser (Firefox AND IE), it won't go there.
I've also tried allowing the site through the exceptions tab in the security settings for Firefox.
I've downloaded the latest update.
I've uninstalled and re-installed HEM.
I've also tried all 5 of the steps listed:
1) run as admin for all 3 programs (HEM, HUD and DB)
2) searched for the ldat extention, not found
3) my firewall and windows defender are both off, and firewall is allowing the relevant programs
4) date/time correct
5) Virtual box not applicable
Help! Nothing works! What do I do? Can I get remote support via TeamViewer or something?
