According to HM heros EV $diff was -338.09
How can that be correct?
About EV diff:
Imagine you are allin before the river and you have 50% chance to win the pot which is 100$ (only you and your opponent are contributed). If you win, you are +50$ net. But in this case, your EV diff will be -50$. By adding your net profit and the EV diff, you see what you are going to win in the long run from this pot. In this case 0$.

Sure but to me it seems like it's missing that the pot was between me and the other full stack.
I had 14% ev for the 16.64x3+1 that was all in preflop vs the SS
On the flop it counts it as i have 9% EV although I am the favorite vs SB.
It has to divide the EV between the main pot and the side pot for it to be somewhat correct.
Sure I have 9% ev to win the small main pot of 51.92 dollars
But i have 76.162 equity in the big side pot of 376.76 dollars
This should make the correct ev difference: -44.65-89.81-=-134.46
which isn't really the correct ev diff but i saw that you are working on that in another thread. (money gone in PF)

I read this the first time but also missed the shortstack, the reason its incorrect is because HM dosent calculate multiway pots correctly, its a known issue already on the to do list
